The Dragonfly totem is a symbol of transformation, rebirth and adaptability.  Whenever I see a dragonfly, it reminds me of fairies and to look for magic in the world around us.

One of my favorite experiments using crackle paste with glow paint and florescent paints. The wings were created with crackle paste,  The wings outlined in gold are a symbol of the richness of joy that these creatures bring me.

The wings light up with UV Black-light and will glow in the dark.

Placed in a floating frame, ready to hang.

Photos take you through light, combination of light and black-light, black-light only and then the glowing result.
